A site is one location you clean under a contract — one specification, one set of audits, tasks and records. The licence covers 25 of them, with unlimited users, cleaners and records inside those. A contract covering fifteen buildings counts fifteen, because that is how it is delivered and audited.

Sites beyond the included 25 are £75 each per year, added at any point and charged pro-rata to your renewal date — so mobilising a contract in month nine does not cost a full year for three months of use.

No. Users are unlimited on every licence. Evidence of a clean is only evidence if the cleaner who did it logged it, and charging per head is the fastest way to end up with a supervisor filling in a sheet for a team they did not watch.

No — prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — specifications, audit scores, task records, COSHH assessments and their evidence — and we would encourage doing that before a licence lapses rather than after.
