Audits that produce a record, not an opinion.
Cleaning quality audit software scores each site audit against the specification that applies to it, turns findings into tracked issues without re-typing them, and keeps the audit history per site so a trend is visible rather than anecdotal.

Scored against the spec, not against a mood
An audit that scores a site out of ten on general impression tells you how the auditor felt that morning. An audit scored against the specification for that site tells you which clauses are being met.
Only the second kind survives a client challenging it, and only the second kind tells a supervisor what to actually fix.
- Scored audits against the specification for that site
- Audit history per site, so a trend is visible
A finding becomes an issue by itself
The gap where audits die is the re-typing. A finding gets written on the audit, then has to be entered somewhere else to be tracked, so it either gets entered late or not at all.
Findings raise as issues directly, carrying their photos and their site with them, and they stay open until somebody closes them out.
- Findings raised as issues without re-typing them
- Issues logged by staff, supervisors or the client
- Photos, actions and outcomes attached to a single record
Patterns instead of incidents
One failed audit is an incident. The same finding at the same site four times is a problem with the specification, the hours or the training — and you can only see the difference if the history is in one place.
- Recurring problems at one site surfaced rather than lost
What goes wrong without it
- Audit scores are not comparable between auditors, so a dip means nothing until you know who did the walk.
- Findings are recorded and never closed, which is worse evidence than not auditing — it documents that you knew.
- The client runs their own audit against the specification and gets a different answer to yours.
- Audits are done when there is time, so the record is densest at the sites with the fewest problems.
