Client reporting

The report the contract asks for, already written.

Cleaning client reporting software builds completion, audit and issue reporting per client and site out of the records staff already created on site, so the monthly report is filtered and sent rather than assembled by hand.

Built from what was already recorded

The reason client reporting is painful is that it is usually a second data-entry job. The evidence exists — on sheets, in photos, in someone's inbox — and producing the report means gathering it again into a shape the client will read.

If the checklist, the audit and the issue were recorded in the system, the report is a view of them rather than a rebuild.

  • Completion, audit scores and issue roll-ups per client and site
  • Built from what staff already recorded — nothing re-keyed

Filtered to the conversation you are having

A quarterly review is a different report to a complaint about one washroom on one floor. Filtering by site, date range or issue type means both come from the same records instead of from two different spreadsheets.

  • Filter by site, date range or issue type in seconds

Reporting is contract retention

Cleaning contracts are rarely lost on a single failure. They are lost because, at the review, the incumbent cannot evidence the value they have delivered and the challenger can promise it. A report built from a year of records is the cheapest defence there is.

What goes wrong without it

  • The monthly report takes two days to produce, so it gets thinner every month until it stops.
  • Reporting is assembled by hand, which means it can be — and is — quietly optimistic.
  • The client's own record of complaints does not match yours, and you have no way to reconcile them.
  • At the renewal meeting the only evidence of a good year is that nobody complained much.
